Our apartments are located in Lower East Side / Chinatown, just walking distance from Little Italy, Soho, Brooklyn Bridge, East Village, Wall street and the ferry to Statue of Liberty.

The apartments are clean, bright, renovated and very quiet for Manhattan. We offer from 1 to 3 bedroom apartments; twin, double and queen size beds. All apartments are nicely furnished to meet your needs.
The area has a lot of good restaurants, bars, art galleries, boutiques, music venues, New Museum, Tenement Museum, etc.

“Stayed with two friends in the apartment and it was just a great time. The apartment is directly located in Chinatown and in just a few minutes by walking you are in the inner city. So you can reach nearly everything by walking. The rooms in the apartment have an air conditioner, which you really need in summer time!!! You also have free internet access and the apartment has a little kitchen and living room, which everyone can use. It was great with eva, she gave us great tips for NYC! She`s very helpful and can nearly answer every question you have for your time in NYC. she also gave us directions to the apartment, so we had no problem to find it! So all in all me and my friends can really recommend it for those, who need an well-priced apartment for the time in NYC. If it`s possible we`ll come back!”
“Stayed at the place for 2 weeks and really enjoyed it. Everything is really clean. The bedrooms and the living room/ kitchen area are really cozy and comfy. The apartment is quiet and you really have your privacy. The room had an air conditioner which was also really good, because although it was April it was really hot and free internet access. ( i think i also saw a internet café somewhere close, in case you don't have a laptop) The Lower East Side is a pretty cool neighborhood with a lot of cafés, bars and restaurants, but the street is definitely quiet at night. It is close to Chinatown and the East Village and the subway is right around the corner. And I found out that the prices ( for food, drinks and shopping) are cheaper than in midtown or Time Square area. The woman ( Eva), who is the owner, was really helpful and friendly and she gave me her phone number in case I needed something. I would definitely recommend the place for everybody. There are double rooms for couples and I would also come back with friends.”
“We booked Eve's apartment for one week and had a great time exploring NYC from her in Chinatown located apartment (very good location, central and safe neighborhood), good connection to underground and all NYC hotspots. The apartment was clean, had a good bed and a very comfortable mattress. Eve was a superb easy going host as well, had a NYC map ready for us, we had the chance to leave our luggage there for some hours after checking out and she was always very reliable and communicative with emails and so on. You get a good value for the price ... we definitively would book Eve's apartment again.”
